UK Slot Car Festival 2012 - Sunday May 20th

Welcome to the the UK Slot Car Festival 2012 website. This years event will be held at the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire, the home to the world’s largest collection of historic British cars.

Admission to the UK Slot Car Festival is via the Heritage-Motor-Centre Museum.

about the 2012 Festival

The festival will be supported from all the major manufacturers such as Scalextric, Carrera, SCX, Slot.it, NSR & many more. A fantastic day out for all the family to enjoy with activity's to suit slot racers, collectors and general car fanatics. It is also a great opportunity for those new to the hobby to get an insight into what is out there.

There will be many things going on throughout the day such as the Manufacturers’ Road Shows, Drag Strip, Scenery Display, Trade Stalls, lots of Circuits to try, Battle of the Manufactures , Preparation Advice and much more..

A key aim of the event is to showcase all the great things that the slot car hobby has to offer & make it a fun and exciting day for all.
The organisers are keen to involve as many manufactures, slot racing clubs, organisations as possible along with the general public.

The Official Brochure & Guide will be available FREE on the day per entry. The coloured brochure, produced by Slot Car Mag will be packed full of articles & photos of the slot racing world, a huge list of Scalextric clubs around the UK, plus the festival map.

At the 2012 UK Slot Car Festival they will be two specially produced cars from Scalextric & Slot.it. Last years specially produced cars were the Scalextric Mini & MSC Metro 6R4 as on display at the Heritage Motor Museum.
