About the Festival
A full weekend of showcasing the world of Scalextric within the
great venue of the British Motor Museum. The UK Slot Car Festival
aims to bring every aspect of the Slot Car world to all its audiences
- Collectors, Racers, Families in all the different scales. It is
also a great opportunity for those new to the hobby to get an insight
into what is out there.
The success of the previous years, has attracted the support of
all the major manufactures - including, Scalextric, Carrera, SCX,
Slot.it, NSR, Thunderslot, OSC, Slotfire & many more.
The event offers plenty of interactive activities to enjoy during
the day:
ALL TRACKS ARE FREE TRACKS TO PLAY, RALLY STAGES, OVAL BANGER RACING,
DRAG STRIP, HO & 1/43rd, 1/32 & 1/24th SCALE TRACKS, DIGITAL
LAYOUTS & THERE ARE SOME GREAT PRIZES TO BE WON. MASSIVE RETAIL
AREA, TRADE STANDS, NSCC, LIVE INTERVIEWS, PRODUCT LAUNCHES, 3D
PRINTING & SOFTWARE DEMO, MEET THE MANUFACTURERS, DISPLAYS,
ALL HOUSED WITHIN THE NEWLY REFURBISHED BRITISH MOTOR MUSEUM.
The key aim of the event is to showcase all the great things that
the slot car hobby has to offer & make it a fun and exciting
day for all. The organisers are keen to involve as many manufactures,
slot racing clubs, and organisations as possible along with the
general public.

All Tracks exhibiting at the festival are free
to race!

Not strictly Slot Racing but we have several exhibition
tracks of road & rail systems including this fantastic Minic
layout

3D printing is now becoming more prevalent in
slot racing, this is well represented at the event with manufactures
exhibiting.

Don't miss the stunt show - with the Italian Job
recreated.

This area is a dedicated to manufacturer &
distributor exhibitors.

Displays will include pre-production and prototype
models with display access to test tracks to try out the range of
products including cars, controllers & timing equipment.
